Forty years ago, Bob started a financial services firm with three employees in Buffalo, New York. Today, that same firm has four offices extending across upstate New York employing more than 100 advisors and support staff and serving a community of more than 30,000 clients. In his role as CEO, which he recently passed down, Bob had the opportunity to support junior and seasoned executives on their way to becoming leaders.
His passion for helping others and his commitment to personal growth led him to create LeadOne Consulting. This unique program includes one-on-one coaching, workshops, and leadership tools essential to today’s workplace. Bob is driven by the pursuit of helping others become the leaders they were born to be.
Bob is a graduate of The Center for Executive Coaching, a member of the International Coaching Federation, a certified facilitator with John Maxwell workshops, and a certified consultant with The One Page Business Plan®.
He is an active volunteer with Place of Hope, a member of Christ Fellowship, Palm Beach Yacht Club, and the Jupiter Country Club, and a Trustee with The Chamber of Commerce of the Palm Beaches.
Bob and his high school sweetheart, Patty, live in Florida. They enjoy traveling the country and visiting their children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
